We collect phone numbers needed to deliver OTP messages, API usage logs such as request timestamps and delivery status, and business information provided by clients during onboarding.

We use information to send OTPs, verify delivery, prevent fraud and abuse, improve service reliability, and provide customer support.

Usage logs help us detect suspicious behavior, measure system health, and maintain accurate billing or usage reporting for business clients.

OTPs are deleted after successful verification or expiry. OTP codes expire after 5 minutes.

API usage logs are kept for 90 days unless a longer retention period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We do not sell personal data.

We share necessary message delivery information with Meta only to deliver WhatsApp messages and operate the WhatsApp Business Platform integration.

We use encrypted transmission, secure storage practices, and access controls to protect service data.

Administrative access is restricted, authenticated, and used only for support, monitoring, and platform operations.

You may request access to your data or request deletion of data associated with your phone number or business account.
